Delivery Information

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and UPS depending on their weight and size. Standard UK delivery normally takes 2-3 working days | 1st Class Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days.

 

The Moonsea team aims to pack and dispatch orders received before 2pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following day, and any order placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders are dispatched and delivered on most days of the year, however, delivery couriers do not deliver or collect letters or parcels on UK bank and public holidays.

 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country which are payable by the customer. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Our shipping fees don't include local import duties or customs outside of the UK and which vary from country to country.
